Who we are

If you have any questions about how we handle your data, contact us at contact@dodecadefence.com.

What data we collect and why

We only collect personal data when you voluntarily submit our contact form. The fields are: your name, organisation (optional), email address, and message.

We collect this data solely to respond to your enquiry. The lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests. Specifically, our legitimate interest in communicating with potential clients and partners who have chosen to contact us.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your enquiry, unless you explicitly ask us to stay in touch.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months from the date of contact, or until the enquiry is fully resolved, whichever comes first. After that, it is deleted.

We do not use any analytics tools, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own. The Google Fonts CDN request may result in cookies being set by Google; we do not control this.
